Hat remover GUI.

Recently removed the ability to wear hats you already own. I want the ability to choose what hats I want to wear if they're appropriate. As of right now our hats are automatically removed from every team except Target and civilian teams. I feel like this would be an easy and effective way once at a (Locker or changing area) to be able to make changes to your character if you want. And for your hat combinations if (roleplay useful) to be effectively used.
