Daily Cash and Sales Cut for SP Employees with EXP on Gun Sales

SP change. Make changes to the SP team so that SP employees get like 10K every day to spend on guns and can get a 15-20% cut on their sales only HRS for SP will be able to order the guns using the provided Daily Cash. Also make it so that you get EXP for selling guns not just completing a delivery.
