Fix the FCPD ranks, right now there's a few that don't actually exist and you're missing a rank that SHOULD exist. The team is based on the LAPD.

First of all, Police 1 (P1) is the probationary police rank, hence why P2 has no rank insignia as it is an automatic rank up once they have completed their FTO program. Remove Police Recruit and Probationary Officer as they don't exist and dilute the police ranks.

Second of all, you're missing 3 ranks. Sergeant II and Detective II, and Detective III. Sergeant II and Detective III are stated as ranks required to be promoted to Lieutenant, but Detective 3 is a little much as that'll be removing 2 and adding 3.

Why do these changes? VHP and HSCD currently have a very small lower ranked list, the climb to Sergeant is very short lived. Within the FCPD, however, it's a very long line till you reach a supervisory position because of the 2 unnecessary beginner ranks. I believe it would be better to implement the ranks above and have the hierarchy be

P1 -> P2 -> P3 -> D1 -> S1 -> D2 -> S2 -> LT

This way you remove 2 unnecessary beginner positions, implement real positions and still keep a decent distance between Supervisory positions and beginner positions.
