CHP (VHP) has more subdivisions than we have in-game. CHP has a "Special Operations Unit (SOU): Aims to dismantle gangs and organized crime-related crimes, providing safety for California citizens." This should be added into VHP with the addition of more unmarked cars, and badges in locker room for plain clothed officers.
