Add Option to Remove Person from Vehicle While Grabbed and Post-Booking Handling

Would it be possible to add a secondary option to remove someone from a vehicle while grabbed? Also, after booking, could they either stay grabbed or spawn cuffed? as both would stop suspects and prisoners from running and/or harming law enforcement thanks ! Appreciate it
