From what I thinked, whenever someone buys a House in Project Ventura, they get to pay Taxes, rents and other stuff that we are facing with rents in Real Life. If you don't manage to like pay your rent in time, you lose your house. But you should make a Building inside project ventura or inside of your home that lets you like pay rent for your house and many more stuff. Either a building or a working app inside of your phone, It's easier to do it in a app not gonna lie. You also can add some features in it like, lock the house, add a alarm that whenever someone like breaks in there is an alarm and that alerts the home owner and the police that there is a Robber inside of Project Ventura housings.
