Improve Car Physics for More Realistic Chases and Maneuvers

I would like to suggest a car physics rework. Now, I’m sure you lovely people at the development team are quite aware of the issue with cars glitching into and under the map. And while obviously that should be fixed, I have a different issue. I play on the HCSD a lot, and have gotten into more than enough car chases. However, it always seems hard to end a chase with a pit maneuver or something similar. Typically when colliding with a suspects vehicle, my car has done a manner of awkward things, such as spinning, launching backwards, or just straight up stopping - all this while the suspects car seems to be mildly tickled by my squad car’s attempted pit or accidental ram. The suspects car just, keeps on truckin’ along like nothing happened. So, I typically find myself having to wait for the suspect to crash to be able to end a chase. What I’ve found with the car physics when playing is that when two cars collide, which ever has the higher speed at the time (or in some cases is the vehicle behind the other) tends to get launched backwards or have some sort of penalty on it, while the other vehicle stays almost completely unaffected.
