Add canine cars back to HCSD team !

As of recently not sure when the canine tahoes were taken out of the fleet for HCSD for some reason but I have a big brain idea instead of adding that crappy tahoe back why not replace it with better looking canine vehicles like a 2020 ford explorer or the 2008 tahoe i added pictures for reference but sorry about the bad photo of the ford explorer its not a common occurrence that its used so its hard to get a clean photo of it (not really sure on what year model it is but i belive its a 2020 explorer ;^)
