please add intermittent moments of peacetime (ex: every 45 minutes there will be 15 minutes of universal peacetime where weapons, including fists cannot be equipped) this way we can actually have roleplay without somebody pulling out a gun every 10 seconds and killing somebody. obv wouldnt apply to law enforcement but if an LEO were to shoot somebody during peacetime it could result in an XP deduction of like -100
