Simplify Chem Growth Process by Removing Smoke and Sounds

For the love of God, please make chems easier to grow. Before the smoke and sounds were added it was already hard enough, now it's borderline impossible with the CEA roaming around. Remove the smoke and sounds. It's barely worth it anymore.
