Chevrolet Tahoe Trunk Access Issue in EMS Role

The EMS 2016 Tahoes/Suburbans (Supervisor, Flycar, and Paramedic) and Ram 1500 Trunks do not work. Tells the player that they are not authorized to access the trunk.
