I have 1k xp on target job but why does it not count to my civilian xp like it said it would? could u guys please help me with this issues?

Target XP Update Not Applying to Citizen Team

Worked a long amount of time at Target, at 514 XP right now however the update for Target XP applying to citizens did nothing, and I am still low XP on my citizen team.
