Steps to Reproduce

Find any civilian about to kill someone with a knife
Watch them kill someone
And then shoot them

Explanation

Knifes are obviously considered weapons and officers who are about to kill a civ rushing at them with a knife shouldn’t be punished by loosing 500 xp. In the video provided you will see an officer getting stabbed to death and then the offender getting shot by the other officer, resulting in the officer loosing xp for neutralizing the threat
