Steps to Reproduce

Join EMS
Select the Mann Memorial Hospital door
Fall through the floor
Select the Milano Regional door
Get clipped into the floor and ragdolled

Explanation

EMS spawns make you consistently fall through the floor: the teleport to Mann Memorial hospital just kills you, and the Milano Regional teleport clips you into the floor as the game loads the terrain in
