Steps to Reproduce
- Join HCSD.
- Press class C plainclothes.
- Click neck badge, waist badge doesn't show up.
Explanation
HCSD Neck badge doesnt work.. Yes I clicked class C plainclothes and it still didnt work its a game problem/bug
