Steps to Reproduce

I can't give him 5 dollars

Explanation

I tried to pay the homeless man for the quest from the Dark Mark dealer. Every time I tried to give him 5 dollars, it didn't work. I changed servers and waited for 5-10 minutes, but it still didn't work.
