Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Ventura
2. Go on HCSD
3. Try equipping some badges from the Detective section, you'll notice some issues
4. Try equipping some uniforms with badges from the Patrol section, you'll notice some issues.

Explanation

HCSD Badge Issues. Multiple issues with the badges on both the Detective and Patrol sections, including incorrect ranks being shown, badges spawning in your back, getting a speed glitch or getting flung from wearing a badge or uniform with one, and some not working at all. Unfortunately, the only way to fix the bug once you get a speed boost/get flung is to switch teams or leave, therefore losing your HCSD spot. The team is basically unplayable.
