Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Ventura
2. Go onto any LEO team
3. Look someone up on the MDT
4. You'll see recent citations, arrests, reports etc all say 2025 instead of 2026

Explanation

Related to https://app.betahub.io/projects/pr-3039627851/issues/50 as it was marked as 'Resolved' despite the bug still occurring. Most things on the MDT, including citations, arrests, reports, etc, still show 2025 on both the case number and when you look at when said cite, arrest or report was issued. This has also been causing some issues for me when scrolling through a long record of citations or arrests for some reason.
