Steps to Reproduce

Join Ventura
Get on HCSD team
Spawn the HCSD 2020 Chevrolet Silverado at any station
Enter the vehicle
Attempt to disable the lights or activate the sirens

Explanation

When you spawn the HCSD 2020 Chevrolet Silverado insert at any HCSD station you're unable to disable the lights as it's spawns with them activated nor does the sirens work.
