Steps to Reproduce

Person who has already been booked at MCJ is grabbed after booking (Possibly while holding or after holding a taser.)
I am unsure if it's while they are in cuffs or not, but in both instances it was while in cuffs and not, and it was both during and after having held a taser.

Explanation

When grabbing a prisoner at MCJ, I lost 120 xp and received the notification "KARMA - You have lost 120 XP for 'Grabbed user that was loading in'" This happened twice and caused me to get demoted. It appears to have been on the same user I had grabbed twice.
