Steps to Reproduce

1. Left the game in a parking lot
2. Joined the game later, but had to leave before I had chosen a team (i.e I was still in the main menu)
3. Rejoin the game about an hour later to 50% gone
4. The spawn room is close enough to combat or somehow in a perpetual combat state
5. Leaving in the menu causes you to trigger the combat log penalty

Explanation

Received 50% penalty for "left during combat" even though no combat timer was shown and no combat log was created
