Steps to Reproduce

Explanation

Listen to what happened: I decided to stop a suspect, but he took off, so a chase broke out. I eventually caught up to him, made the arrest, and transported him to the jail. After I processed all his charges and set his sentence, the system deducted 120 XP from me. The reason given was that he was 'loading.' I don't get it how could he be 'loading' if he was already in jail and not at the spawn point?
