Steps to Reproduce

1. join hcso
2. equip any badges as captain rank
3. try badges
4. put something in chat and check the sky bubble
5. your gonna see its fully bugged
6. try also the detectives uniforms and your chat is gonna bug out still

Explanation

the right and left badges for detective bureau is bugging out again and this is obnoxious like why these bugs keep coming back they were fixed a week ago it makes no sense for them to keep coming back and also the chat bugs out like if u pick specific uniforms the chat bugs out you need to move ur screen down for the chat bubble to come down please fix this as soon as possible
