Steps to Reproduce

Open team menu
Select LEO team
Click a rank except Recruit
And it lets you join even if you are not Security guard or Second rank of EMS

Explanation

I can still join FCPD (Don't know if it works with others teams since i only am ranked in FCPD), even if i'm not Security Guard or the first rank of EMT (Don't know if it's a bug, or meant to be that way)
