Explanation

SBI's Assistant Special Agent in Charge role and potentially above is messed up for ranking. We cannot equip the Tactical Gear because it displays our rank incorrectly on the Inventory as Forensic Specialists, despite our actual Name/Rank when you press ` displaying otherwise.
