Steps to Reproduce

Turn yourself 2+ times
Try to change teams
Observe the message stating you have a certain amount of felonies and cannot join
Note that it says 'none' in the CAD

Explanation

I turned myself In multiple times, these count as "none" in the CAD/MDT, but when I change teams it says I have 3 felonys, which are "none" not felonys idk if this is a bug or what, but now I cant join any other team and SBI for some reason cannot expunge the "none" factor from my CAD
