Steps to Reproduce

I spawn in any car from the list
The driver side says it's restricted

Explanation

it doesnt let me drive any of the security vehicles, ive tried all of them and it says "This vehicle is restricted", its not only me, it happens to some people aswell not everyone. its very odd. (Lower ranks are somehow getting access to the cars but not me, so its not a rank thing)
