Remove out of bounds setting:

On Battle, Conquest, and Survival, people like and sometimes 'need' to go outside of the gamemode bounds that are on the map for things like roleplaying, close air support with aerial vehicles, and in the case they just want to.
A mod has already been made to do this that is used by many lobbies in the game already due to the demand for something like this.
In the match settings, an option/setting to turn off the out of bounds barrier would greatly help players use more vehicles or have more fun in their server.
