Enhance Siren Bricks: Edit Siren Sound and Set Custom Keybind

Able to edit the actual siren part of siren bricks, not only the horn.
It'd be really nice to edit the volume, keybind, and pitch + make N (siren) a choosable keybind like brake light, reverse light, beacon, yk?
