Explanation
The player is unable to spawn any vehicles from the workshop, receiving a notification that prevents them from doing so. This issue appears to be affecting all attempts to spawn creations.
Original post on Steam:
> I just bought this game and am trying to figure it out. Whenever I try to spawn in a vehicle from the workshop or whatever, i get a notification saying that I cannot spawn the vehicle. All of the places I've looked says things are out of date, but I just barely bought the game, and I can't spawn a single creation.
