Scale EXP Gain Based on Pet Level When Feeding
There’s also an issue with how EXP is given when feeding pets. For example, I have a level 50 pet, but when I feed it to a level 1 pet, it only gives a very low amount of EXP. It seems like the EXP gain is fixed, regardless of the pet’s level. Whether the pet is max level or not, it still gives the same EXP, which doesn’t feel balanced.
I suggest making the EXP scale based on the level of the pet being used as material. Higher-level pets should provide significantly more EXP when fed to lower-level pets. This would make progression feel more rewarding and logical, since players are sacrificing a stronger, more developed pet. It also encourages players to grind and invest time into leveling pets, knowing that their effort will have meaningful value when used for upgrading others.
