Addressing Disparity in Monster Stats on Tower Floors

Can you believe these are the stats of monsters on the same floor of the tower? The gap is huge! Then what's the point of setting it up? Is it just to waste players' time? Look at the tower in the other game, it's so streamlined! They even added auto-tower climbing!
