Bayberrries - It would be nice to have a winter planting and bayberries are helpful for candlemaking and for respiratory/sore throat cures. Berries can be boiled for wax and then candles made with string/wicks at the craft table or with a dipping form. They smell good. And are great winter landscape plants for those of us who plant on sim by season.
