Winter crops. I was thinking about the cold frame I was using and how I was integrating the HnF plants in my landscaping (which goes so much better now that you are starting to mod the plants to hide the tags). Some things I won't be able to grow in winter because our sim works hard to make seasonal landscaping work. But with cold frames I could make a case for Kale, Brussels sprouts, spinach, beets, or other winter type crops even in snowy Caledon.
