Shop Vendor for Purchasable Non-Interactive Item Copies

Now that plants are composted and other things will soon be recycled, things no longer become keepable as a souvenir or decor...would you consider a vendor for the shop that allows you to purchase a scriptless (and hovertextless) mod/copy/no-trans version of the items?
