Explanation

Single player reported that despite having items in pouch - a recipe was not actioning due to apparently not enough of the item.

Investigated by offering player debug model of mixing bowl and set up debugging on the server. Also tried tests in-world and determined that it was a player specific issue.

Tracked down to there being a duplicate of an ingredient in their pouch. (Unknown origin - possibly dev mistake during beta - adding ingredient manually without realising ingredient was already logged once).

Removal of duplicate solved issue.
