Explanation
loading into our game, one of the users, MrOwls who was playing as catnap, their tail had suddenly gone stiff and the physics didn't work.
After I had died in game, the loading screen after death which I assume goes to spectate, did not load in and took me into the out of bounds of the map. No buttons worked so I had to close the game by alt-F4 and rejoin.
