Explanation
I already put in a bug report for this but I want to add additional notes: When getting stung by the poisonous bug/insects in the first level of Single Player mode, the noise continues indefintely. Even when I repair myself and the poison is gone, the bug/insect noise is still there. When I get stung by the bug/insects again, the noise multiplies and becomes louder. I can still hear this noise even when I pause the game.
