Hello. One suggestion I really have is to improve the countdown timer for the release of new crates/supplies. I have been playing this game for at least a few months now, and I find the 5 crates every 5 minutes thing very annoying. Because it only gives you 5 crates every 5 minutes, it makes it harder to complete daily tasks, especially stuff like "open 400 supplies" and "harvest 90 times" because you don't always get things to merge for the harvesting thing which makes it very difficult to complete the daily tasks. I'm still relatively new to this game, and I am on level 22, and I have encountered this a lot of times making it near impossible to complete the daily tasks especially if you don't have enough money to spend on a subscription or gems to buy more crates.

Please make this game relatively the same for everyone and give everyone an equal chance to at least complete the daily tasks.
