Hello! I tried to use the voucher codes LUCKYMAS and WeLoveMaggie and neither seemed to work on my farm

This was also the case with the Halloween event.
When you open a shop, it's very inconvenient to have your starting location be a seasonal shop for 30 days.
Some players may never purchase from the seasonal shop, and will no longer need it after purchasing at least once.

The Christmas Balls are NOT adding to total when harvesting, why is this happening?

I would like if the entire game field was changed to snow because it looks a little odd and not so immersive to me with some snow on the buildings and the rest is just normal green tiles, it looks like its not sure if it wants to be winter, spring or summer.

it takes soooo long to get the balls this time, i liked how the Halloween event was where the pumpkins were crates made it way easier. i have been non stop playing and barley half way and many of my balls are not collecting. love the idea just doesn't produce enough and don't get enough trees in crates

Agree! It was maybe a bit too easy with Halloween. I've been playing so much and I'm not even halfway through my first key. The concept is more fun that the Halloween one though

I'm not even gonna go for the second chest, opened the first one after like 12 days with how long it took

I hope it goes back to the normal ones in crates next time lol

I thought it was great when it was bugged to increase the probability of Christmas tree drops the more crates you opened, I think fixing the bug made the event worse, lol

The decor from the special code should last the full length of the event rather than apparently expiring early. It's grouped in with the other Christmas decor available for the whole event, so there's no reason for it to be shorter. At least add it to the store for people who missed the code if you must.

I will be finishing the event, but not as early as the Halloween one, my suggestion would be to have tier 2/3 trees drop from crates or increase the number of christmas balls that drop when harvesting
Another one would be to have christmas balls of the same colour be collected at once, so if you have 2 christmas trees to collect from, you only need to tap 4 times instead of 8 - 10 times depending on the number of drops

Additionally the event should start earlier, because I don't really want to still be doing christmas in january

Great event, and lovely decorations. As said above would be much better / prettier if we were able to make the whole area around the decorations snowy. It did take what felt forever to collect the baubles, but was worth it in the end for two more decorations. (Halloween was completed way to quick and Christmas took forever, need something in the middle) 😆

While I wasn't personally affected by the bug, and I get the team was on winter break, And I saw those who reported got their stuff back;
I think a hotfix should've been pushed asap to fix the Christmas gifts going in premium/unlocked zones, getting rid of items and even disappearing 🤷🏻‍♂️

⁉️ I'm experiencing a coding error. Where can I report it?
I entered the code "SNOWDAYS". The rewards arrived, but when I opened it in the middle of the area, it froze. I can't claim them.
I think it's because I finished my task. Before that, they had turned into gold. I couldn't understand why they were frozen in the middle of the farm.
