So when you cash in the extra for a level 3 star there is a guarantee that you will get a level 3 card you don't have in your collection. So I just did that and there are level 3 cards that it gave me that were already in my collection! Frustrating but honestly if there is a " guarantee " of getting a card you don't own when you cash in thos cards at the level it says, then you get the ones already in your collection, that would constitute false advertising! Otherwise I would have let my 250 stars ride until the next level. Frustrating if you " guarantee" something you should follow through.
