I often find myself bottlenecked by a single resource. For example, I may have very little wheat, and then the first cart comes up with the order where you just spend wheat and get 2 bronze coins, which isn't the best deal. I suggest adding a button which would allow you to skip a deal you don't want to fulfill, followed by a cooldown timer, perhaps 0.5x-1.5x how long it would have taken to fulfill normally. I understand I'm asking for something incredibly minor and unimpactful, but it is at least annoying to me. It would allow me to ration bottlenecked resources and save them for their more profitable orders.
