It would be nice if we could have something else to spend coins on for people like me in late game. Now that I have all the spaces unlocked and the food trucks running, the coins don't really do anything. Energy is still useful because the decorations won by collecting stickers need tools to fix up, and gems are great because I'm still working on the greenhouse and gazebo, but once the trucks are unlocked there's nothing for the coins.
