Trees you can decorate better with
Fruit trees may be coming anyway. I'd use these to decorate with. IF they took up enough of their grid-space that they'd look natural standing beside or behind other trees. Or had stuff around the base. (The trees that stand huddled alone in the center of a square aren't useful for decoration).

Hay bales or similar that can be decorated "with"
Likewise, more things to decorate "with." I loved hay bales in FV because they took up their whole grid space, you could make rows behind rows that looked like hedges or walls. That was so much fun.
(there are picture of bales in the splash screens here, I don't think they're shaped quite right though, they'd need to square bales to work on this grid).
