Yes, that’s right. The recent adjustment was made for better long-term balancing. Previously, the trees and rocks on your land were enough to fix the food trucks, but now the system has changed so coins have a broader purpose.

Coins are no longer just for buying common land — they can now be merged up to tier-10, so the devs rebalanced things to encourage players to spend coins actively on trees and rocks. (For example, I’ve got over 100k idle coins even after buying trees and rocks every day 😅)

What you can do now:

• Take advantage of Fast Forward, Lucky Charm, and Chop Chop events. These help you gather resources faster for repairing food trucks.

I wish the trees and rocks purchased with coins could have their gathering time reduced by 50% compared to the default ones. That way, players would be more encouraged to buy trees and rocks from the marketplace, since they’d offer a faster turnaround than the default resources.
