The RNG for supply drops either needs to adjust based on items that you have or the RNG for recipes does. It's absolutely ridiculous that I've got like 300-600 eggs, soybeans, goat milk and carrots but 50 or less of anything else because the recipes constantly demand ingredients I barely have any of. It hamstrings your progress and makes the game less enjoyable.
