Adjust Event Schedule to Post New Level Release

Why are you doing the LuckyCharm, DoubleXP, and Chop Chop events BEFORE the 20 new levels drop instead of AFTER they are available? These events are worthless for anyone already at level 110 waiting for the new levels.
