Implement a Toolbox Consolidation System for Rewards Chest

I think that the amount of toolboxes inside the rewards chest is excessive. Although I have opened many toolboxes to get rid of them, I'm still stuck with 50 medium ones (#2) and 27 large purple ones (#3). I don't think I can ever use them all. There should be a way to get rid of some of them. Maybe merge 3 purple ones?
