Remove Half Energy Requirement Feature Causing Incompletion of Daily Tasks

Get rid of the Half Energy required feature/bonus. Makes it impossible to complete the Daily tasks... given a task to spend 600 energy, but thanks to the "Bonus" it means I have to clear 1200 worth. That is NOT a bonus, that is a Penalty
