Merge Blue Toolboxes into Yellow and Yellow into Purple Toolboxes

It would be nice since we are able to merge other things in 3 to be able to save space if it were possible to merge 3 blue tool boxes into a yellow, & merge 3 yellows to a purple. Not necessarily make the merge cost less to open, but just to save space.
